STATEMENT OF TEACHING PHILOSOPHY Gajendra Kumar Singh. PGT (Biology) INTRODUCTION: The effectiveness of teaching depends on teacher’s teaching philosophy. The teacher creates classroom situation according to his own teaching philosophy. The teaching philosophy varies from class to class and from subject to subject. We can’t apply the same philosophy to each and ever class. As a teacher I believe in stress free classroom situation where the students are fearless to raise questions. I also believe in student centered education education and on individual differences as well as inclusive education. Different class room situations should be created as per the need of student and subject demand. Every child has his own potency to learn. The more will be the involvement of the students the better will be the outcome of the class room teaching. Teacher’s role is just like a facilitator.
